Exact .NIF import/export settings?

I used to be big on editing my meshes and stuff in Blender a couple years back, but then my computer crashed and I never found the time/patience to get back into it. I just recently decided I maybe wanted to try it again, but wouldn't y'know it, a bunch of stuff has changed and I can't seem to get any of this stuff right.

I've installed the Blender package on TESnexus down to the letter and I'm sure it's all in there right and working just fine, but my problem is that I don't know what settings to use when I'm importing/exporting meshes (specifically armor/clothing meshes, I'm not really gonna try anything else just yet). I've tried a few times and anything I get just makes my game & TES Construction Set crash.

These are the options I'm given for importing NIF files:

and these are the ones for when I'm exporting NIF files:

If someone who has the same version of Blender/NIF import scripts could give me some screenshots of what the correct import settings for meshes AND skeletons/export settings for meshes are I'd be so dang grateful xD.

EDIT: Right, forgot to add I'm looking for the settings for OBLIVION. |D

Thank you LHammonds, I did see those tutorials but I was worried about all the extra boxes that weren't showing in your screenshots. I tried just unchecking all of them and double checking my import & export settings and it seems to be working now.
