Oh ok, well, I won't bother sending an email. One time they said 'they' made my mod. Stupid file planet. I tried downloading my mod and it said I had to sign up and pay.

You don't have to pay. You just have to have an account which is free - or at least having an account was free when I created mine about 10 years ago. I've never been forced to pay anything to download files from FilePlanet. They just put all the attention on the pay links. Usually if you scroll down you can find some free mirrors.

I wouldn't download from them anyway. Violating bastards.
