A new standing, holstered animation.

So, I looked through the animation mods here on the nexus, and the closest thing I found to this was an activated personality idles mod, which isn't what I'm looking for. So, if someone would be willing to bring this idea to life, I would be grateful. Here's the idea:

 

Right now, to me at least, the PC and NPC idles while standing without a weapon out make them look stiff as a board. They simply stand there, motionless, arms to the side, gazing off into space as if spying on a third dimension. It always bothered me. So, here are my suggestions to fix this:

 

1. While standing with all weapons holstered, NPCs and the PC should default to an animation that looks real. I have met few people who just stand there like a zombie, hands to their sides, looking straight ahead of them. Perhaps an item could be added to set the PC's idle standing animation to match their character's gender or set personality? This would make the change more specific, especially since unisex, normal-looking animations are difficult to imagine. This would, however, mean more work and the NPCs would be unaffected.

 

2. Perhaps NPCs and the PC could have a bit of a sway while standing. It's possible I'm just uncoordinated, but I've never quite been able to stand perfectly still like the current animation makes everyone do. The PC and NPCs could cross their arms, maybe look a bit to the left or right, or just shift around a bit. It makes standing in place more realistic.

 

I'm not positive these ideas could be incorporated into a mod at all, as I've never tried modding for Fallout and have no idea how making an animation works. But if anyone would be so kind as to take up this idea, I would be very appreciative. I'm aware that standing isn't something a player should find entertaining in the first place, but it really kills the immersion for me when I know that, should I stop running and not have a gun, fists, or other manner of violence equipped, I'll just gaze into the distance as if I was hypnotized, motionless and unthinking.
