Changing values in Armor Addon not affecting armor piece bloating? FO4Edit

This has worked with other outfits, like Athletic Outfit. Yet when I set all of the values for the upperbody 'skins' on AA_Harness_Raider to 0, it still bloats (in this case) the heavy leather arms. What am I doing wrong?
