  1. If the mod author was banned, and you're asking for the material he potentially got banned for.... wow. just wow.
  2. The gimp plugin works just fine. I'd try uninstalling gimp, deleting all the residual folders and then reinstalling both gimp and the plugin. Also: you have to export as >>> .dds, it won't let you save as a .dds
  3. Disable them 5 at a time until you find the problem section, then 1 at a time to find the culprit.
  4. No worries. What you may want to look into is ENB presets. I don't use them, but i'm sure you could find something to make your game washed out, bleak, and generally gritty as hell.
  5. Wrong forum... but you know that since you double posted. =P
  6. Check all your workshop related mods, and make sure that A) they're compatible with the 1.4 patch, and B) that you have that patch. If neither of those options... is an option, disable the mod.
  7. I haven't had enough coffee to understand this line of reasoning.
  8. I'm pretty sure you can inspect the items on a corpse. I think the hotkey is X, but i'm not sure.
  9. We're aware of that, since you're in the FO4 section :nuke: What he said is accurate; purple objects mean the game can't find the texture it needs to put on the object. So, that means that the mod didn't install properly, or the target folder got moved somehow. You can fix this (probably) by uninstalling, and reinstalling the mod.
  10. Have you tried turning it off and back on again? (I'm serious, sometimes that fixes mods not installing for me)
  11. Ok, shot in the dark time: are they enabled from the main page itself? What i mean is, load the game, go to the addons tab or whatever its called, and make sure the boxes are ticked.
  12. I'm pretty sure i've seen craftable raider armor at the Armor workbench from AWKCR. Most likely added by Armorsmith Extended.
  13. Good news! If its a new card, you should still be under warranty!
  14. Huh. And you've got all the basics down regarding .ini files? If so, this is very strange.
  15. Ok, how are you launching the game? NMM, FOConfig, fose?
  16. Perhaps you could... provide detailed guidance, rather than just plug your mod. Just a thought.
  17. None of the mods are working, do you mean the game loads, but the mods aren't enabled, or that it crashes your game, or you're getting weird bugs? The list could go on.
  18. You know, I saw this, and went "I can help!" Then, I saw you were being a passive aggressive dick, and realized I'd rather go smoke.
  19. What you can do, is edit the outfit of an NPC, if its a named NPC, and not a generic raider. Just add what you want, and they'll wear it.
  20. Made in GECK isn't some kind of branding that will magically make a mod better. In actuality, there is a high probability of a ton of crappy mods being made in the GECK. Having official tools that everyone gets access too merely means that more people will be able to make mods. It does not mean that they will make good mods, or stable mods. Just my two caps.
  21. Verify integrity of the game files. Fallout 4 >>> right click Properties>>> Local Files Verify Integrity of Game Cache
