tm2dragon
There are guides on how to alter your Fallout 4 file set-up to enable Nexus Mod Manager, but I remember the last time I played this game the process kept changing as Nexus and the game itself were updated. I have a feeling most of Gopher's vids (which were VERY useful) for modding Fallout 4 are obsolete now. What is the current process we use? Do we even have to alter file-names anymore? AceGoober
Prior to the 1.2 patch, there were additions which needed to be added to the Fallout 4 ini files in order to get mods to work. Since Fallout 4 version 1.2 patch those edits are no longer needed though you will still need to make alterations to the Fallout 4 ini and prefs ini. The Fallout 4 Mod Installation Wiki is a great guide to setting-up Fallout 4 for modding. Once you have the ini files set per the wiki you should be good to go.
