Durzo187
Just an idea for a new fallout game and better title since Fallout 1, 2, 3 and 4 aren't really connected. Fallout: Rising Sun (Eastern Frontier 1) Setting:Tokyo, Japan.200 years after the great war Ideas:The place and everything in it would either be low tech because of the wars that happened or high tech is japan was a major minor power during the years before the great war, we're talking about better power armor technology, prototypes the US had that were being tested there and japans own power armor that's samurai like and some other power armor, like a light power armor that's for stealth or quick battles, ninja style power armor. Power struggle between two or more factions, OSR (Order of the Rising Sun) who aims to bring back japan to it's pre-war glory and the Oni whos aim to enslave what remains of the people in the japan to conquer other nations who are still struggling to get back-up or have no form of government left, which side will you choose? Fallout: Broken Dynasty (Eastern Frontier 2) Setting:Beijing, China Ideas:Post-Great War China. Trying to get back to power again to take the US one last time and now you're a soldier left by the US there during the great war, you either choose to aid China to get back up it's feet (because you were left there for dead) or to bring it down to protect a country you once served and don't truly know if your country still lives. Fallout: Das Reich Setting:Germany For the future does not last, so does the present, but history lives forever and so does the Fuhrer. *insert German name*, a ghoul who has lived for more than a hundred years plans to finish what Hitler started and eradicate the smooth skins or make them into fanatical ghouls who will follow him to the end. Problem is, little did his followers know that his brain is slowly wasting awaiting and is on the brink of turning into a feral ghoul, but not just feral ghoul but a supreme feral ghoul. Fallout: East meets West (Worlds Collide:The Second War) Setting:Global? I honestly don't know Plot/Idea: Battle for the independence of the remaining countries or lands, BOS, ORS and NCR vs Oni, Riech and China. Fallout: Worlds End (Worlds Collide: End War) Setting: IDK Plot/Idea: Alien invasion. Player chooses to help the human race or side with the extraterrestrial beings. All just pure and unpolished ideas guys.
Klipperken
I want to be on an alien planet, g'dammit.I mean, there are aliens, we had a ship in Zeta, we COULD go there and raise hell. I'm frankly a tad tired of the FO4 setting.I mean, it has such potential, such ENORMOUS potential, and then you get FO4? How... sad... So, as for alien invasion, I am all for it, just reversed: let US be the aliens for once. XD

XDFO4 is nice in its own way but at the same time disappointing, every game is a power struggle between factions, I just really love Fallout because of how your actions can affect the ending and the almost real interaction between other npcs. It would be nice if we were the aliens this time or the next game, but i think it's not possible, they'll have to make good plot for it, like how they captured alien ships or technology and reversed engineered or something with what the US current has in it's post-war state, or maybe a story line where there is two alien races and one is asking help from us humans or something. I just want a fallout game that's really immersive and deep, not the typical power struggle join only one side and join a few minor factions and get a companion to "help" through out the game. The crafting in the game is good and so are the settlement aspects, but the factions I believe need a rework or an option to make your own faction put up a faction beacon to attract followers or enemies. New idea just hit me: Fallout: Faction Wars Setting:Somewhere in the US. Idea: The factions have gotten bigger that the wasteland isnt really enough to accomodate the factions and war breaks out for total control over the land, raiders are now organized into one big faction, NCR is bigger now and so is the enclave, mutant horde, bigger BOS and the settlers of the wasteland are caught in between and your job is to join a faction and lead it to victory or something. Imagine an all out war between these factions, every asset at their disposal, every type of weapon, every type of super mutant, multiple sentinel primes, behemoths. In other words, another Great War. Klipperken
I was joking on the "Let us invade an alien world", I mean, we're baffoons compared to these aliens, how could we invade them. But I would like something ENTIRELY different for once, Jungle seems pretty darned nice. However, as I think how Beth would see jungle... it would become another disappointment. As said: soooo much potential, but nothing done with it.Jungle would be no different, I reckon.

Laz3456
Let’s think even bigger, what about the whole of North America with fast travel to go to other cities / locations rather than just between places in the same area, to me it would make much more sense of that particular mechanic? Imagine visiting a Fallout Grand Canyon that is inhabited by some massive radioactive beasty that is possibly unkillable but you have to dodge to get some important item that can lay it low (mini nuke injector perhaps)? Cheers, Laz

Cheers, LazThey'd never do that, because they would make more money making more fallout games in different locations across the US rather than just putting everything in 1 game
