stebbinsd
With Skyrim, I can just type in the console command "tmm 1 0 0," and that will make all the fast travel markers visible, but unable to be fast-traveled to until I reach them on foot. It's like I have a fully-developed map, but ONLY a map, and not a teleport system. Good for role-playing. With Oblivion, however, I can't do that. If I use the console command tmm, it will make all fast-travel locations immediately accessible via fast travel. I want to make an object - such as a book - that makes all the locations in the game appear on the map, but not able to be fast-traveled to until I discover them. I know this is possible, since most quests will mark their location on my map, but I still have to travel to them. What scripts should I use to make this happen? I want it to begin "OnActivate Player."
