fallout 3 is ctds at start (with) out mods

fallout 3 is broken completely unistalled the game everything new no mods no fose no archiveinvalidation no nothing i have it patched and have retail version

i do have fose and all the stuff i need i been using mods since 09

Did you delete your ini in My Documents\My Games\Fallout 3? If you didn't and you still have the fonts from Darn's UI in it without the esp active, your game will ctd.
