I need help with DLC and FOSE

I realize that this is a very saturated topic and I really did do my best to try and find a solution on my own to this problem. I went through about 20 pages in the Troubleshooting forum and couldn't find anything, so on to the sticky. I have Fallout 3 GOTY and it is patched to 1.7, Installed on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. By default the DLC content is installed into my data folder so that is already taken care of. I have FOMM and I just installed FOSE to acquire some of the better mods but herein lies my problem. Even though All my DLC is in my Data folder and IS enabled in FOMM. It still refuses to load it. The games starts flawlessly and all the mods do work, I just have no DLC. I took some screenshots of both my install and data folder as well as my FOMM load order if it helps. And as for my system specs. Intel core i5 2500k (4.5ghz), EVGA GTX 460 SC(1.0ghz), Nforce 270 Drivers, MSI P67A-GD65 B3. Thank you for any help and all your patience because I know this is probably just way over my head and I'm probably missing something obvious.

EDIT: Am I allowed to insert the screenshots in the post body? They're too big for the uploader apparently.

EDIT v 2.0: I uploaded the pictures to a hosting site but I have no idea if I'm allowed to put url's in here, Ill try anyways.

I'm going to try and be a little more proactive towards this and do some fresh installs in different configurations and hopefully see if I can't work this one out one more time.

I'll post results as I go. If anyone has any insight on this, though, I would greatly appreciate the help! =]

EDIT: I posted this exactly 12 hours apart from the one above, thats got to be good luck or something. haha!

By god I figured it out. Like I previously assumed, it was COMPLETELY over my head. I tried playing the only saved games I had, which were pretty much saves that I had before I started playing whilst logged in to GFWL. I checked my radio stations and lo and behold I had all the stations from all the DLC. I was simply a matter of moving my saves from my gamer tag folder into the main saves folder and BAM its all as it should be.

I apologize for clogging the forum especially since it was such an easy but over my head fix. Now, if someone could tell me how to delete a thread or just close this one, I would kind of like for this to hang around just incase someone runs into the same problem. Or maybe someone could add my solution to a FOSE troubleshooting guide or something, anyways. Thanks for putting up with me. I can't wait to start learning the GECK and actually contributing to the forum.

I see no reason to delete this thread, especially since you've posted some fairly useful info for those who might have a similar problem.

I also noticed you've been having some difficulty with screen-shots of your load order.

FoMM actually has an option to make posting your load order a lot easier then putting a screen-shot here.

In FoMM, go to "Load Order" and click on "Copy to Clipboard". Then you can just paste your load order in a post.
