Need help with modding Skyrim!

Ok, I have been playing Skyrim ever since it first came out, first on Xbox360, now on PC. I have modded the game an unbelievable amount of times, usually ending up going to another game out of frustration because of CTDs. This time, however, I'm determined. But I can't do it alone anymore, I need some help. I am getting inconsistent CTDs that I am not able to replicate. One time it'll crash here, next time it won't. World spaces are a big one, but I've been in a menu, talking to someone, just anything random. Here is my load order:

As you can see, I have used Wrye Bash to create a bashed patch. This is also my load order using LOOT. Any questions regarding my pc, I will answer, but it's a beast that has no problems running more recent games on ultra settings, such as Witcher 3, Fallout 4, etc. Do you see any bad mods, questionable load order, ANYTHING at all that might cause a problem? If you have any questions, let me know. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Do you run ENB boost? There are lot's of mods in your list so most probably you run out of memory.

I had a lot of random CTDs and then installed a RAM indicator and saw that I always crash when my memory usage goes to 3.1GB .

After I installed the ENB boost I rarely go above 1GB and I don't get the random crashes anymore.

Why are you running the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch in tandem with the other (older) unofficial patches!?

 

EDIT: You should also always have your Bashed Patch at the bottom of your load order. Defeats the purpose of having one otherwise.

Thanks for the timely answers!

As i stated before, this is my current mod order *per LOOT*. Not sure why it put my bashed patch before the dual sheath redux, though I believe I read somewhere on the DSR pages that it should be last (or close), but I could be wrong on that. Also, all the unofficial patches are uninstalled, only USLEP is installed and activated. I, too, was wondering why these showed up in this, even after double checking and seeing them in NMM, but not activated. I am going to do a complete clean of all their files because apparently something got left over from them. LOOT didn't detect a problem considering they were active, which only leads me to more questions lol So take away this issue, since I am going to remedy ANY possible harm could be done there, do you have any other suggestions? Because, once again, this is my mod order organized by running LOOT.

 

Prinyo, I do have ENBoost active, it made a world of difference on some of my previous playthroughs. However, I do still agree that the problem I am having could be memory usage. I discovered I didn't even have an SKSE.ini somehow (unless I looked in the wrong place), so I went about installing the Memory Block Use utility and am going to run it to see if I am filling up Memory Block 1. Thank you for reaffirming what some other people have suggested on other channels!
