GenuineI
Does anyone know when we will be able to have mods that can distribute their content on NPC's? For example any sort of armor mods. I would rather want to get the armor by killing an enemy NPC than waiting till I get the junk to build it. I don't know if anyone else has asked this question with different phrasing so I'm asking it again, apologies if anyone is annoyed of this repetition
ZsoSahal
What you can do, is edit the outfit of an NPC, if its a named NPC, and not a generic raider. Just add what you want, and they'll wear it.
Manttis567
It's already possible now,for example: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10388/?

lilkandeekid
Items that a NPC carries/uses is determined by leveled item lists, add a item to the list and they have them, so its been possible for a awhile (Ive had to edit them for some of my mods). The issue comes with multiple mods writing to the same leveled list and us not having a way to perform a clean bashed patch to easily combine the edits, I think this is why some people may be holding off. mm137
You cannot have multiple mods that change the same leveled list at the moment without hand-making a patch. When the GECK is released, Wrye Bash will be updated to make a bashed patch than can automatically merge mods that edit the same lists. But for now, there's just no way to do it easily. With some patience you can do it now with mods of your choice, but leveled lists are complex and easy to screw up. This mod is a good example of how to do it correctly, pre GECK: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10548/?
