Settlements stores section disappeared, Help!

After i i install SK, my store section, along with the Vendors. This is the reason why i doesn't install SK and Homemaker and use Ssex instead. And now, after installing SK, my both store and NFx's Pro Farming section is gone entirely.

and I've follow the rules inside it, uninstall mods that doesn't compatible with SK, but my Store Section is still gone.

 

Here's my load order. And I've try to sort my load order using LOOT, but for some reason, i can't apply the load order.

The store tab will be under the resources tab If you havent checked. I think your load order for the settlement mods are in the wrong order. Check the homemaker and snapnbuild mod page and it lists the order for them.
