Skyrim loading infinite screen and freeze in anywhere random

My skyrim loading infinite screen and freeze in anywhere random, in whiterun home and sometimes in taberns.

As for freezing, definitely try ENBoost, I used to have freezes every 30 minutes or

so, since installing it haven't had a single one in last 50 hours.

Potentially too many scripts in your save. Try making a brand new character to test this theory out.

 

Also, try using Safety Load.

I used the enboost for a while, on first impression the patch accelerates the game, but later CTD ¬¬

Some folks have issues like you describe with new versions enb. See this thread. May have to tweak the thread section in your enblocal.ini:
