TMAakaTMP
So yesterday I wanted to change place where NMM store my mods. I succesfully moved the mods and reenabled them. But for some of the reasons (using same mods that were used in savegame) I tried to load my savegame, but game crashed. I tried my luck on building loadorder myself but it was all worthless. Can you help me with this issue please? Every help is appreciated (loadorder in attached files)
FriendlyTard
Forget it. Bethesda did worse patch ever. Just backup on 1.3 and stop f*#@ing yourself and your game up.
TMAakaTMP
How do I use backup?
Deleted3507349User
Where NMM downloads mods to has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not the game loads them. The mods the game loads are always (and must always be) installed into your Steam\Steamapps\Common\Fallout 4\Data directory. Moving NMM's mod storage directory and the mods in it will not affect your game in the slightest, and there should be no need to reactivate them. It sounds to me from your description that you moved the mods in the Fallout 4\Data directory itself. That will easily cause the game to crash due to missing masters and the like. EDIT: The latest FO4 game update works just fine. Some mods need updating to match it, that's it. TMAakaTMP
No, that's not a thing. Esp's are in FO4/Data and NMM show me that they are working. Thought in LOOT, it shows that they aren't. IS there any way to enable plugins except NMM?
TMAakaTMP
I tried creating new game and it worked, but old savegames aren't. Why it can actually happen?
Deleted3507349User
Remember that the vanilla game launcher will disable mods automatically. I use the launcher provided by Fallout 4 Script Extender, that bypasses the vanilla launcher and prevents the issue. Eventually, there will be a lot of mods that will require it anyway. TMAakaTMP
I figured ot the problem. With the magic of the new patch, everytime you remove mod and load savegame, save becomes broken. Appreciate every helpful post in here
