Skyrim icon with no menu

Title explains it all. On the main menu after bethesda intro I have no menu, Just the icon with the smoke.

It could be a mod that is causing this. People on the internet report different mods being the culprit.

Disabling all mods and turning them back on, one by one till the culprit was found fixed it.

For some it was a matter of load order.

 

You could try LOOT for a proper load order first and see if they are any warnings under the 'details' tab.

(you have both Alternate Start and Helgen reborn. They both make modifications to Helgen and Arthmoor stated in his description that his mod should be placed relatively low in the load order)

Also, I don't see the Unofficial Dragonborn Patch in your load order.
