NicholasAK
So I'm planning on playing Skyrim on Ultra with Enb(Preferably Bleak), and mods of course such as character textures etc. Do you think this will perform well? Trying to work with a Mini Itx build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZfTfJx
iXenite
You're going to need some RAM. Other than that, the R9 390 8GB is a fine card. Might need a bigger PSU though. Seems awfully small, but I could be wrong.
TheGamingGeneral
RAM? 8gb should be fine. You might also want a bigger SSD + Something like a 1tb HDD (for storage and such)

Would be a little weird to have a PC with no RAM right? I personally wouldn't get an SSD at all. Are they nice? Yes. Do they have advantages? Yes. But considering the price to storage ratio is so bad on SSD's, I personally avoid them. I mean, that 120GB SSD is almost the same price as his 1TB HDD! I just (personally) cannot accept that. Once they get more reasonable, I'd invest in one for sure. Plus, if he got rid of the SSD, he could get an MSI R9 390x, which is on sale on Newegg right now. Just saying. jones177
I go with no SSD as well. Get a better HD. 4 to 6 TB blacks are good performers. 1 TB Black performs about the same as a TB Blue nowadays. For this game 8gb is fine but get 16. You will need it later. ENB is tuff on most cards. With my game I was in the 50fps range with a 970 & in the 60s with a 980. Don't expect crazy numbers.
