Corakus
There's supposed to be six skills for each discipline right?Let's see, there's One-handed, Two-handed, Smithing, Block, and Heavy Armor. But that's only five, so what's the sixth if hand-to-hand is removed? runforitkyle
Maybe damage is attached to strength and dexterity. O wait we don't have attributes anymore, do we? Well this sucks, maybe connects it to a perk. Edited June 4, 2011 by runforitkyle
Bloodinfested
I tried it for 3 levels at the most, if a bandit with full plate heavy armor attacks you realistically your not going to do absolutely anything to hurt him and most likely hurt yourself more lol. It was a broken skill to began with realistically I think beth realized it, I sure won’t miss it in skyrim

TheSkyrimBlog
Yes but I´m still confused, hand to hand skill was removed but does that mean we can´t fight with our fists?Like oh we can fight but it doesn´t evolve as it´s not attached to a skill. Well, we don't know for sure I'd imagine that we can use our fists, but it just won't increase as a skill. It would be pretty silly if our weapon broke and we just stood there unable to use our fists
jancina25
Well i think i understand why its removed, you cant exactly beat up a giant using your hands, or some other nasty creature, its taken as last measure when your weapons brake. I anway never understood why use hands when you have thousand of weapons, spells etc, especialy when starting the game first time.
crippledorphan
Well I leveled up a monk cause I have always loved the whole mind over matter the ability to shatter stone or bend /crack steel with a well placed strike or ability to jump high/ run fast / purge your body of poisons or even control your own body enough to push out an arrow head by muscle contractions it's all very interesting shao Lin monks in real life can do some amazing things that most people couldn't do if there life depended on it if Beth could some how integrate some system like that then I think h2h would be a force to be reckoned with
Deleted2543153User
I hope hand to hand is useful in Skyrim. I really want to punch a dragon in the face until it dies.
