Any good ENB:s yet?

The most important factor when upgrading the graphics in Skyrim for example is to get a nice ENB. But is there any really good ENB:s out yet for Fallout 4, or is there some reason they are "delaying"? Is there some things that needs to be waiting for the GECK to come out before a proper ENB can be made? I have seen some ENB:s in the files but I have not tried any of them yet, and they don't look to be as high quality with proper nice DoF etc like the ones you can find for Skyrim? I am just a bit unsure why this is since it is the same engine?

There are 2 pretty good ones.

Vogue ENB - Realism: sets the colors and lighting to a more apocalyptic feeling. I used to use it until I found this next one.

Subtle ENB - Immersive: Not only does it have the most realistic lighting and color scheme I've seen in an ENB, it also has a better DOF and comes with a DOF only version if you'd rather replace it without the ENB effects. The best part about this ENB preset is it uses SweetFX alongside ENB, but doesn't require Reshade like the other ENB presets do.

This is the DOF that you get with Subtle ENB:

Subtle ENB is the only one I've tried but I can second that endorsement for it. My results don't look as good as the picture above because I need a much better graphics card but even with my very low end computer (it's below fallout's minimum specs) Subtle ENB still works and still improves the graphics with minimal performance loss.

IMHO there are plenty of very nice presets available already. What has worked the best for me so far is a combination of:

ReShade preset from: Cinematic Excellence 6.4 (Natural preset, Medium sharpening, DoF effect disabled) by Archalyus http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/95

ENB preset from: Grim Wolf ReShade and ENB Presets: Grim Wolf Institute ASD Bright 2.3.1 by WolfGrimDark http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4568

... with my own customized DoF preset, uploaded to Nexus as: Insane Power Burger ENB DoF Preset by Insane Power Burger http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10719

See the screenshots and the video for the result :)

Are there any ENBs that don't add a shitload of fog even when its bright and clear outside, and unnecessary blur that makes it look like I need freaking glasses?

The fog is there with the vanilla game and you can find mods to disable it eg. FogOut. If by the blur you mean the depth of field effect; then you can disable it with all ENB/ReShade presets:

If you are using ReShade DoF, go to:

Fallout 4/ReShade and open McFX.cfg with Notepad or another text editor

Ctrl+f "define USE_DEPTHOFFIELD"

Set it to 0:

define USE_DEPTHOFFIELD 0

If you are using ENB DoF, go to:

Fallout 4 main folder and open enbseries.ini

Ctrl+f "EnableDepthOfField="

Set it to false:

EnableDepthOfField=false

If you're not sure which one you are using, I suggest checking both

literally billions
on the right hand side of the bar select "most recent" instead of its default "most endorsed" and look for them, a typical keyword is "preset" which is just short for ENB preset
you can go and sift through the images they provide to show off what they can do, and pick the ones you think look best, I'm pretty sure they're swappable so if you don't like one you can just go for another, so you shouldn't have any issues trying them on for size until you find what's right for you
this isn't really something you can get away with just "meh whatever"'ing it, visual style tastes are highly personalized and vary from individual to individual

but if you're looking for one that'll nuke your computer and look good doing it, I don't know for sure, but I think this one might be it (extreme cinemax10)

these 2 videos are of extreme cinemax9 by the same author
