Suggestion: Respawning / Randomized power armor

With all the awesome paint scheme mods on the Nexus, why not make frames and parts more widespread?
I'd love to see respawning power armor, or better yet enemies with randomized power armor (such as a Gunner with any suit that's not Raider) so that parts and frames are easier to come across once you've got the few suits that aren't location-specific. You can already get a frame by killing enemies while using the "Lootable Power Armor Frames" mod by jenthecopycat, but all power armor you find on enemies - unless you're with the Institute - is Raider stuff, which is pretty much useless. At the end of my first play through, in the first two weeks of game launch, I had quite a few unfinished suits because the right parts weren't on any other suits or weren't at any stores.

Why not just buy the frames you need from

Diamond City or the Atom Cats

?

also sell parts if you're not looking for X-01's.

You can also hang around BoS patrols and wait for the Paladins to die

Of course you can buy them, but they're just frames with no parts, and Atom Cats rarely carry the parts I actually need to finish a set, and if they do it's one at a time per store restock. Plus I think randomized enemies with power armor would make the game more challenging and just interesting in general.
