Non Legendary Deliverer variants spawn around Commonwealth

Would be neat if non legendary variants of the Deliverer could be added to the spawn lists around the Commonwealth, in the hands of settlers, raiders, in loot trunks etc.

 

Would fit better on settlers than the enormous pipe guns.

 

If anyone knows of an existing mod that does this, please let me know.
