skyrim crashing after 5 seconds

ok i hope i did this by the numbers i have intel i7 cpu 860 @ 2.80 ghz Ram 12.0 GB WITH 64 Bit OS

1st i ran loot then did test v then ran wrye bash, then FNIS i thought i had my load order correct but as soon as i load up to character screen 5 seconds later crash to desk top i did the research and they say it my load order were am i going wrong ?

Any time you have issues being booted after choosing "New", "Load", or "Continue" ... you have a

misfire among your Mod List. If it disconnects prior to the above options, you're missing a Master

somewhere.
