This is a full scale perk overhaul and addition. STR-AGI is done and link to the mod is in video description. NEW GAME RECOMMENDED HIGHLY Feedback will be great as well, there are a lot of give and takes on the perks and some could be considered too detrimental or even too helpful.Mastery perks can only have 5 spent across the entire tree and they unlock rank 1 at 50 rank 2 at 60 rank 3 at 70.
