Dead Money and Honest Hearts Crash on Start up.

Hey Nexus community,

 

A few weeks ago i bought the DLC Dead Money. After the download was finished i placed it into my Fallout New Vegas directory. Than i enbaled the .esm in FOMM, launched the game and it crashes. I thought i first maybe a mod or so. And disabled all but it still crashed. I tried it out with the unmodded directory and see ya there: it worked! Even when i install only one mod it crashes. Today i bought Honest Hearst in the hope that it will work. I placed all the files into my dir, enabled the .esm in FOMM and the same as with Dead Money, CRASH!! :psyduck:

So guys, thats my problem. The weird thing is that all two DLC's work on the unmoded Fallout New Vegas. But i want to play the DLC with all the great mods...

I have same problem.I have tried everything i have found from forums,so PLEASE tell us how you fixed it!!!!

Not sure what may have fixed him but Dead Money and Honest Hearts should have automatically downloaded into the fallout new vegas directory. However he may have noticed, like I did, that after downloading them they somehow dropped FalloutNV.esm down to the middle of the load order. Simply putting it back on top fixes that problem.

I have used FOMM and BOSS and both place NV.esm first.Then loading Fnvedit it shows lots of errors for Dead money:
