Sypron
Are you sure. Because, around here we generally accept that as impossible. But hey, people defy the impossible all the time.
Vagrant0
There are mods called "unlimited enchantment", but most of them just add the ability to use enchantment anywhere, or they adjust the settings for individual soulgems higher, or allow you to combine soulgems to a higher form. Most of the systems used for enchanting are hard coded, as items can only have one enchantment at any time, you cannot add further echantments to already enchanted items within the game. Furthermore, to my knowledege there isn't any method of scripting (not even with OBSE) that would allow you to change an existing enchantment in game to add or improve effects. The closest you could get to this would be a container in world which would detect if one of the standard enchanted items was placed inside, and then if possible, replace it with a stronger version of that enchanted item. However even this would require a stupid amount of scripting, and would only work on the vanilla enchanted items. Items themselves cannot be targeted by any script since they can never have a persistant ID and the ID of items cannot be obtained through any method other than console. Therefore, I don't think this sort of thing can be done like you think it can.
