new to skyrim mods, and they dont work.

Hi im new to modding and i have a few problems.

I tried to install mods manually by coping the files from the downloaded mod straight to data folder.

I SAW the mods in the skyrim launcher and THEY WERE chekched, but when i start the game they didnt work.

So I tried to activate them through NMM.

I installed NMM through guides and finally I got the NMM working and according to it my mods are installed, but they are still not working

I also installed SKSE and in the menu in the game it appears to be installed.

But the mods are still not working.

I really dont know what left for me to do.

Please help :(

Combat realisem.

Dodge mod.

SKYUI.

I would advise a clean install but that is up to you. You can use this, READ THE DIRECTIONS (or just have a clean install that is prob better)

hi man, thank you very much! I made some progress and i did listened a lot, I even got a mod to work :smile:

But I got stuck in SKYUI, It just Isnt working, I have SKSE and I tried activate it manually and through NMM and both doesnt work.

(btw Skyui does appear in the plugin tab)

How did you add SKSE?

 

BTW, once you get things running add this SKSE.ini file to SKSE 1.7.3: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51038/? under SKSE/Plugins in your Skyrim Data folder.

 

Another mod you should consider for your must do list would be Arthmoor's USLEEP http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/?

 

BTW, mods such as Interesting NPCs, Vilja and Inigo can help make the game more enjoyable.

I think its skse that isnt working... I installed it execly the same "gopher" explained in hes video.
