I think he means replace the whole interior of the ship with one connected area, so there's no loading between the command deck and the living area.

I agree with this one! The Prydwen really has too many loading screens... Perhaps when the CK is out someone will come along and do a conversion to just one large cell, but I'd imagine it won't be easy to do. The interior of the Prydwen appears to be considerably larger than its exterior!

Yes, but it would have the benefit of making it easier to move back and forth between the interior areas, without having to load each time, even if all that was done was to copy one interior into the same cell as the other and link the ladders so it fades out/in instantly. I distinctly remember being sent through a load screen to talk to someone only be be sent right back to the area I'd just loaded from a couple times in the BOS quests, and that's without trying to actually use the quarters onboard as a playerbase.
