All the shops are locked

When I'm in the Market District all the shops appear locked. Some of them have people standing outside. Does anyone know what is causing this?

Do you use boss? If not, search it on nexus. Also, I dont know all your mods, but either this is a mod touching the IC market or a conflict, so try turning off your mods and see if that helps.

Oblivifall - Losing My Religion had a problem like what you described, be sure you're using the latest version and install the hotfix. And DR6, you should only be using one of the Timed Block plugins.

erm, what time of day is it? The shops are not 24/7 like Walmart.

@motor, what? They don't have a Walmart in tamriel? Does that mean I got to ride my pony all the way to skyrim just to do my weekly wholesale run?

I can confirm that deactivation of Oblifall: losing my religion and then rebuilding the bash patch did fix the problem with shops being locked 24/7. I wonder why his mod effects the game in this way.

Did you install the hotfix? That was suppose to fix that particular issue, and I gathered that it was an unintentional dirty edit.
