To clarify the tickbox at the end (very very bottom) of the message that you saw when you first came here today. You can try everything else and unless you tick that on the original message that you saw about the password issue then nothing else will work.

So turns out you actually have to read the section where you acknowledge you read the text before clicking the button so you know to check the box. Who knew!? :ohmy:
