son0fgrim Posted March 21, 2016 Share Posted March 21, 2016 So I've recently started heavily modding Fallout 4 as playing with my end game character has gotten boring. I can't figure out how to get the new weapons and armor into the hands of enemies in the game. I tried sleeping in a isolated cell for 3 days (diamond city home plate to be exact) and the only thing that happened was traders started selling them. any suggestions?
