mod request for spell

Calling any spell making modders. I dont have OBSE and most magic spells are only compatable with that. I am looking for someone who can make a mod where theres a spell where i can pick someone up and then a spell where i can throw them real far (like off mountains) or throw them on to other people. I also want to know where dive rock is. ANd if there is a mod for that description (not telekinetik mastery or pjs telekinetik spells.) could you tell me.I have D2D version of oblivion thats why i cant use OBSE. Please help

Is there spells that can pick up people and then throw them automaticallyy? or spells that pick up?

Only telekenesis, and that requires the target to already be dead, or otherwise limp. Would also require a few changes to the .ini and the game settings.

Also, if you threw a limp person at a live one it wont do anything. However, there is one mod that allows you to push people over without OBSE. I don't know where it is, but it exists. It simply (like a spell) hits the target, and sends them flying backwards.

 

BTW: Dive rock is north of cheydenhall. Very north.
