Fallout Wanderer's Edition and some questions.

I'm noticing that some NPC's are not equipping their weapons. For example Mei Wong from Rivet City will not equip her pistol when you give her money for it.

 

As well, Paladin Tristan and Fawkes will not equip their weapons either. However Fawkes did when I gave him ammo. Is this a thing introduced from FWE?

 

Also should I install Mart's Mutant Mod before or after FWE?

This topic is for general questions about problems with an unmodded Fallout 3. There is a separate area for mod related problems. You should ask questions about a specific mod on the mod comments page.

 

That being said, NPCs will not equip weapons without ammunition and I have never seen Mei Wong with a weapon at any time. I think she usually keeps it hidden.

 

As for installation advice, you should see the FO3 Wanderer's Edition main page. There is a suggested load order on that page.
