Walls Provide Defense

Using FO4Edit, I was able to "Add" Defense to the various Junk Walls. However, it only shows they provide Defense in the build menu, but it change the Defense Rating of the settlement.

 

Any guidance on how to do it, or link to a mod that does this.

+1 on this request. It would be nice for those junk walls to actually contribute to defense score.

this needs to happen. what is the point of building walls if they dont add to the overall defense rating of your settlment? by bethesdas logic diamond city with its huge walls is about as protected as ten pines before you start building lmao.

this mod adds barricades that add to the defense score.

If you build walls AND use the mod that stops enemies spawning inside your settlement, it means that they can only attack through the main gate, defend that well and you should be fine.

it's not about defense during an attack, it's about having walls count towards the defense of the settlement so you don't need dozens of turrets to keep settlers happy :)
