IRogueCellI
I run The Witcher 3 on High at 50+ Frames. I really don't know why Fallout 4 dips down to 25 and shoots back up to 70 so randomly, is it just Bethesda being Graphics racist and optimizing better for Nvidia?Even on LOW settings, it still dips down to 35 god damn frames in certain areas. Here's my specs:R9 390XA8-7650K16 GBs of DDR3 RAMSomeone tell me if I'm wrong but I think my PC should be smashing 60+ frames. Any suggestions? vTemporalZEROv
Rig doesn't matter when it comes to mods, just a shot in the dark.. but a very accurate shot, I would say most likely an ini edit, enb edit, or a mod.
SharraShimada
Try http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/102/?tab=2 and use the recommendet settings. And: You are using an AMD APU, which means it has an onchip GPU. Check, if your game uses your R9 GPU and not the integrated graphics. Royhr
Well this issue of dropping to low FPS and then jumping back up again randomly at different locations also happens with nVidia cards as well.
