Game crashes on start

FNV keeps crashing on start and I need some help here. Maybe it's the mods I have installed or something. here's the list of mods I got:

 

Along with these I have WRP installed.

I am having the same issue, without any mods installed. I am currently working with ccmechanic2 to rectify it. He's a god of code! We are down to looking at firewall and antivirus issues, resulting in missing files in the FNV install directory. You can follow what we have done in this topic:

anytime you get a ctd on startup you need to uncheck all of your mods and make sure it will load.

 

Then check off each mod one at a time and start the game until you find the culprit.

 

In most cases, it will be a mod loaded before a mod that it rely's upon, or the mod that it relys upon is not currently present

 

also, where is your newvegas esm? make sure it is first in your load order
