Fonger
since you don't have dead money installed the dead money patches will auto-crash your game. or you didn't post your complete load order forcing us to guess what's wrong
reillys_pink_ranger
I am having the same issue, without any mods installed. I am currently working with ccmechanic2 to rectify it. He's a god of code! We are down to looking at firewall and antivirus issues, resulting in missing files in the FNV install directory. You can follow what we have done in this topic:My link I will update you on what works if we find a fix. PM me.

PowderdToastMan
anytime you get a ctd on startup you need to uncheck all of your mods and make sure it will load. Then check off each mod one at a time and start the game until you find the culprit. In most cases, it will be a mod loaded before a mod that it rely's upon, or the mod that it relys upon is not currently present also, where is your newvegas esm? make sure it is first in your load order
iansaltman
You are missing FalloutNV.esm at the top of your list- this will cause many errors.
