Laser rifle from fallout 1,2 and tactics.

Could some awesome modder please make an old school standalone laser rifle from Fallout 1, 2 or Tactics. It would be a bit more powerful than the fallout 4 original laser rifle, and that the size would be like the original sniper rifle size. Plus ofc we would like to see cool weapon customization options. Pretty please, and thanks so much.
