tm2dragon
My Fallout 4 game is pretty heavily modded, but I'd like to use the Automatron DLC with my current save game. What's the best method to do so without BREAKING EVERYTHING?
AceGoober
I take it you have the Season Pass or have want to purchase the DLC separately yet have Steam set to not keep Fallout 4 up to date? If that is the case then: 1. Backup your saves 2. Backup your ini files 3. Backup the Fallout 4 folder 4. Update your installed mods 5. Let Steam update Fallout 4 and add the DLC I purchased the Season Pass so I let Steam update the game and then update my mods.
vTemporalZEROv
^ The DLC IS an .esm too so it will be loaded early on in your LO, shouldn't be a game breaker even loading it with like a hundred mods.. but even then these mods are infant and shouldn't be trusted past a maximum of like 70 mods loaded at once, imo. Gambit77
Good luck, the update with Automatron has caused a couple bugs for me (invisible guns and invisible player when flying with a jetpack).
