NV does not have weight sliders like Skyrim, so the whole "see yourself bulk up" part would be out. I thought that was the most attractive part of that mod?

well i think you can build a meshes like muscular girl on nexus mods your meshes change over time whenever your repair and melee/unarmed skill increases

For that you'd need to make a custom race for each muscular stage and swap the player's race according to how much they'e worked out. Changing races can mess up player stats and break the game.

It's challenging to do for the player character, because virtually every outfit and some armor (light and medium, but not power armor) would also have to have a new more muscular mesh. There were some mods (or a mod) that let you alter body parts, but at the moment I can't remember it's name. Perhaps another nexus member recalls.
