Hellangel8
Hey, I just installed oblivion again and noticed how boring the the normal game bacame, so I looked for some mods. I found tesnexus but the side is so much filled with mods that I couldn´t get any overview. Therefore I want to know which mods I should use when I have want a significant, major improvement in graphics (my pc should handle them) and improved content in all areas like fighting, leveling , classes, monsters etc. Are there any packs which include many mods at a time rather than having to install them all seperately? Oh and pls no funmods or nudemods as well as things that don´t fit in the TES universe(like naruto skins or wathsoever) Thanks
Adrius2
Hmm... well this is what I use for graphical awesomeness, though my computer ain't as über as some folks' I guess. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20053http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19370http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2536http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19628 I also use AMD Vision Engine to force full Anti Aliasing and Anistropic Filtering... I haven't used Qarl's texture pack yet as the download is kinda huge, but you should probably get that one as well. The main performance drain for me is NPCs... my computer doesn't seem to care how much I crank up the graphics but where there's people there's always some loss of performance... The main awesomeness in my graphics come from loads of small mods that affect small details in the game but add up to visual orgasmry... it's all in the details. Sadly listing all those mods would take ages... but I think these mods should get you a bit on the way at least. As for gameplay improvement I use Francesco's and a whole bunch of survival mods. PhoenixBlue
This is what I did when I first started using this site. I would go to the categories section and look at the categories that interested me, and then filter the search to "downloads/endorsements" and "desc" to see what the most popular/high rated mods are in each category and look for ones I like that way. Soolie
If I may recommend one of my own mods. It's called Realistic Water.
