1.2 update removing plugins (no quick fix)

I've got FO4 through steam like most people and like a lot of people I've had problems loading mods&plugins after updating to the newest version (I think 1.2 or 1.02). I use MO not NMM, and don't have any DLCs. I'm using F4SE v1.09.

I've tried doing the 'load the launcher then re-enable mods in MO' fix and setting my plugins.txt file to read only and none have worked. I've tried manually writing my plugins into 'plugins.txt' but that hasn't worked either. My plugin load order&contents of my plugins.txt file is:

I'm not sure if it's the update or not but I've been having the same issue and put out a previous post. However, I seemed to have discovered a work around, let me explain.

 

For the past week or so I would keep NNM open on the plugins tab and I would launch F4 using the steam launcher icon saved to my desktop. When the opening menu comes up I can still see my NMM window and after about 10 seconds I see all of the plugins get unchecked.

 

However, running the same test but launching F4 from the launcher in NMM (upper left corner) when the opening menu comes up my plugins remain checked no matter how long I leave the F4 opening menu up and my mods work in-game.

 

Now I don't know if you have such an option with MO but if so you may want to try it.

 

For me the biggest concern is whether this is an issue with NMM or an issue with the Steam launcher. Hopefully the NMM boys are checking on this.
