Survival update crashes game

I opted into the survival update but now everytime i try to start a new game the game goes CTD it is said that the update turns off mods but it isn`t doing that, here's my load order:

Remove all of your mods and see what happens. Although, turning off the mods may also be what is causing your problems. If that is the case, consider creating a new save to test the Beta with.

I tried creating a new character but the game still crashes. i'll see if leaving the beta changes anything.
