Khorne Berzerker + Chainaxe

So I've been wanting a really good Berzerker power armor mod since I first started playing Fallout 3. I think with how power armor has been revamped in Fallout 4 the time is now right for a proper W40k mod, specifically Khorne themed.

So here's the mod I'm proposing:

1. Khorne Berzerker power armor. I don't want this to be over powered, but I would like something that really fills the niche of a melee oriented character. Maybe a few different stylistic variants in-line with the various Khorne Berzerker designs actually available in 40k. As for gameplay, I was thinking that it gives you a buff to melee & unarmed and automatically injects you with any available psycho that you have on hand. Suggestions welcome.
   
2. Chainaxe. Pretty self explanatory. The ripper looks an awful lot like a chainsword but it is disappointing that you don't swing the thing. You just kind of hold the trigger down and run into people with it. So the chainaxe I'm thinking would just be a regular melee animation but it does oodles of damage + bleeding. Maybe to balance it out you can only use it if in power armor (and maybe Strong can wield it because he's enormous).

I might even be willing to serve as a patron for this (i.e. donations $$$) because I certainly do not have the time or requisite talent to pull this off on my own. Suggestions, comments, and criticisms are welcome.

I believe that there are numerous (not too well known) mods which add a melee animation, but with the chainsaw like trait weapons, (I do not currently have the links to these, but have seen various ones in mod reviews) if you look around on YouTube, you should find one that suits your needs. As for the power armor, I like the concept of a power armor, not as a defensive armor, but one that is made completely for attack.
