low lvled ranged bandits shouldn't be legendary bowmen

the one thing that always annoys me when im trying to play a more immersive game is when even the lowest of bandits are legendary bowmen that can get multiple head shots on you from miles away. most annoying part is if they see you for less then a millisecond while in combat(when your be hide a rock or something) they can get a head shot in before you can even try to shot them

 

is there a mod that decreases their accuracy and reaction speed to be more realistic, and/or even to your shots as well.
