Having issues with lights (Since last patch, I believe?)

So, while I have been adding in / fixing some lights, I realized I have a new issue effecting all lights for me (even vanilla workshop lights, as long as I have placed them / built them recently. Lights I built awhile back are uneffected by this, which is absurd...)

Basically, I can build a light, lets say one of the hanging basic lights. Get it powered, lights up fine, bulbs all bright, looks great. But then I save and quit, or even just reload my save, and the light bulb itself will still show being on, but there will be no light. Removing power and re-applying it fixes it.

I have seen people mention something like this, but I am curious if its fixable, and why I suddenly have it happening to only lights I create now, versus the lights I already placed awhile ago work fine? What the hell got broke by the latest patch(es)? Or is it possible to be a keyword cap issue perhaps? I haven't installed any new mods inquite some time, besides Automatron, so idk.

Makes it a pain in the ass for testing my light fixes too, to make sure I made them work.. lol. But it also really screws with my settlements, they lose all lights every time I load if they are a new settlement... obnoxious bug.

Thanks for your time.

EDIT: Funny enough, my lady is using the same mods and such as me, but doesn't have the issue at all. Only difference is she is on a Radeon machine and I am on a GeForce.. not sure if that has anything to do with it or not, but very frustrating.

This issue so far seems to be hitting all or most of my lights now, lights that worked fine awhile back (as evidenced by the non-broken lights I placed prior). Its dumbfounding to me that the same mesh worked before, and still works if I placed it awhile back, but doesnt work now. Both vanilla and modded lights. Just sillyness, all of it. >_<
