Moding problem

Hi! I'm tring to add mods to the game. I have followed all the instructions i could find. But it won't work. I have tried reinstall the game to and reinstall the mods. But ingame there are no mods listed.

I don't play in survival mode, and i use nexus mods manager and i have edited the files.
So what can be the problem?

What do you mean by ingame there are no mods listed?

There is no mod-list ingame. Either you see the effect a mod has, or you dont, thats it.

For example: You install a mod, thats adding a weapon, and either you can get the weapon (by drop, from dealer, or via console) or not.

You say that you are not playing in survival mode but are you still running the beta release? Because if you are then even if you do not play in survivor mode mods are still disabled. If you do not have any interest in playing survival mode make sure then that you opt out of beta.
