XCOM2 Request Tshirt Mod for Vests in Anarchy's Children

I understand the whole point of anarchy's children is that its that post apocalyptic look. But for some more versatility i was wondering if somebody could add a skin i guess you call it with the vests that adds them wearing a t shirt or some different shirts, up under the vest so you have more options than just bare chested. Not to replace it, but as an extra option along side it. This is the vest im talking about below in the pic. Think theres another one also.
