raeynedrop
I might try again but I thought that it may have been on me since I was getting so many people telling me that the same thing was happening to them.I might try again and put a disclaimer that Improved Atmosphere could be the culprit for missing heads. I've only used it once in the past, but never had any issues. I know it can be buggy sometimes, though. And now I actually know everything I used since I reinstalled everything.... so now I can accurately list everything I used *_*. Hopefully it isn't actually my fault. raeynedrop
I brought it back up, so I'll see what happens. I ended up managing to make the heads disappear myself... somehow... and found out how to bring them back after some screwing around and I posted a disclaimer that Improved Atmosphere may or may not be the cause behind it for others. Hopefully it'll work better now.
theskymoves
I downloaded the latest version of the mod, and there's something odd going on with the MOR files... they are far too large. (Should be ~52 KB and they are instead ~280 KB.) And... I'm.... stumped. ETA that there's definitely something odd going one with your files. The MORs are the same size as the MRHs: For comparison, this is the original Bioware MOR/MRH: and an MOR/MRH that I made: (In fact, of the nearly 1000 MOR files in my override, not one is larger than 54 KB.) It's as if your export is dumping an MRH with the extension MOR, rather than a proper MOR file... which doesn't even seem possible. /confused even more ETA that as an experiment I changed the file extension on your hm_genfl_alistair.mor to hm_genfl_alistair.mrh and tried to open it in the toolset, and did open as an MRH:tl, dr; for some reason, your MORs aren't exporting properly, and thus can't be read by the game. Risibisi
Lol, Sky was faster with her testing than me. :DShe is right! There must be something going wrong during the export process. Now we have to find out what.. I have no clue :ermm:Hm, but why does the mor. files work for Naveese then?
raeynedrop
I have no clue ._. It was even like this on my computer. My morphs were usually around 150 kb. It seemed pretty normal and I never payed attention to the sizes of other people's morphs.

raeynedrop
OH. Maybe that's why? I've just been manually naming them. that.... would probably explain why the files are so big. edit: If there's an option to export it as a .mor, I can't find it ;;. Yes... that explains what is happening. MOR files, MRH files, and MOP files each hold different information, and are thus not interchangeable in terms of use. To export a morph as a .MOR, first set the option to do so on tab 14 of the Object Inspector palette; 'Export .mop file' should be set to 'false' (else it will result in a preset (.MOP), rather than an NPC morph (.MOR). Then Tools>Export>Post to Local: Edited April 9, 2016 by theskymoves
raeynedrop
... Huh, that's what I do, and manually have to type ".mor" when I save it. So I don't understand what's wrong. It's weird that it's saving like that on my end and not yours.

It's weird that it's saving like that on my end and not yours.Following those directions, I've never had an option to name the .mor file. Never. If I wanted to change the name of the exported file, I had to make the change outside the toolset.
