How to get rid of Weakness in Survival mode?

I've been to a doctor and he couldn't cure me of it. I'm well rested, fed and hydrated without any chem addictions, yet I still suffer the Weakness +20% damage penalty. I'd love to know how I got this aliment in the first place and more importantly, how to get rid of it. Any ideas?

Taking antibiotics should get rid of it.
