Fallout 4 is crashing at Main menu (Modded)

So the game was working perfectly fine with the mods in the same load order. Later on I decided to install and add another mod to my game which made my game crash. So instead of me messing with the order I unistalled the mod giving me problems. But now the game will launch, but it freezes and stops responding just as the main menu loads in. I have like a idiot cleared data of all my mods both ESP and ESM's yes I know i should not of done that. Is there anyway I can fix my issue or have I ruined it?

 

I'm using Mod Organizer

Edit: The game runs once perfectly fine after I verify the cache. If I try to re run the game it freezes again on the main menu, until I verify the cache.

hey, this probably won't help but I think I'm having the same problem, it freezes on the loading screen until i verify the cache and then crashes if i hit continue. I think it may be an issue with the latest mod organiser, not when you cleared your mods, as I've talked to a few guys with NMM and none have had this problem.
