Cloaks Help

So I found this mod Cloaks

 

Looks great and everything but I don't want it to add the cloaks to the entire npc listing, or any of them really. I run a decent amount of mods and I'm sure this may interfere with one or two of them, so I was wondering if there is a way to get this mod to run with just the merchants that sell the cloaks. This way my character can use them and buy them just like any old *add your weapon/armor mod here* type of mod.

 

If there is a mod with these in them or a way to run this mod is such a way as previously described I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is an idea. Download the mod and seperate out the texture and the meshes, but do nothing with the scripting that throws the cape to all the other npcs. Instead, go into the CS, load the main oblivion .esm and create a new container(naming it however you like). Then throw the container into the game in a place you like or give it to the npcs that you want them to sell from. Then place all the capes that you want in the container/ npc selling list. This way you can either have all the capes you want for free and feel unique and special, or you can narrow down the npcs that sell them to say, somewhere in the market district and still feel unique and special. If this is beyond your ability, then just say so and I will see what I can do to give you a step by step^^. Hope this helps.
